From the National Parks to Peru, and The Clark to the Met, there is something for everyone. Day trips and customized, all-inclusive multi-day adventures, with itineraries providing a family vacation for several generations of travelers. AUGUST 25
Good Stock Farm Hands-on Cooking Class and Meal
The classes conducted by James Beard Award-winning chef Sanford (Sandy) D’Amato are for everyone, from beginners to the most experienced cooks. The March issue of Food & Wine Magazine recently recognized Good Stock Farm as one of six best new cooking schools in the country. Sandy has received numerous national awards and accolades during his career, including being personally chosen by Julia Child to cook for her 80th birthday.
Fee: $175; payment to Glenmeadow by July 24.

SEPTEMBER 30, 10:00 AM OR 5:00 PM
Information Meeting for Peru’s Ancient Civilizations: Lima, The Sacred Valley, Cusco, and Machu Picchu in conjunction with the Springfield Museums; trip is April 8 – 17, 2016
Attend the info session (either at the Museums at 10:00 am or at Glenmeadow at 5:00 pm) to learn more about this once-in-a-lifetime Peruvian adventure. The personalized itinerary has been designed exclusively for Glenmeadow and the Springfield Museums small group and will include four and five-star accommodations and private tours, including a Pachamanca ceremony, demonstrations by local artisans, and a birding walk.
Fee: $4,790 pp dbl. occup. Airfare is separate, but will be available as a group fare.

Information Meeting for National Parks and Lodges of the Old West in conjunction with the Springfield Museums; trip is July 13 – 22, 2016
Attend the info session (either at the Museums at 10:00 am or at Glenmeadow at 5:00 pm) to learn more about our journey that celebrates the American West’s magnificent National Parks, tracing legends and storied monuments along the way. From Old Faithful to Mount Rushmore and from Spearfish Canyon to the Snake River, we will see the best of the Old West and traverse its beautiful vistas in style and comfort. Wonderfully atmospheric hotels and lodges are a highlight of this program, including landmark lodging within the parks themselves.
Fee: $3,995 pp dbl. occup. Airfare is separate, but will be available as a group fare.

OCTOBER 29
The Clark Art Institute in conjunction with the Springfield JCC
Start your lovely Berkshires getaway with lunch at The Williams Inn on the campus of Williams College. After lunch we will begin our visit to The Clark Art Institute with a gallery talk about their permanent collection. You’ll have lots of time on your own to explore Collecting for the Clark: Twenty Years of Acquisitions in the museum’s brand new galleries. This exciting exhibit honors Michael Conforti, the museum’s director who will be retiring after 20 years of service and highlights the hundreds of acquisitions made during his tenure. This is not to be missed! Trip includes transportation and driver gratuity, lunch, and admission to the museum.
Fee: $100; payment to Glenmeadow by September 4.

DECEMBER 5
Opera Performance of LaBoheme, Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center, NYC, Saturday, 1:00 pm matinee
Is attending an opera on your bucket list? It should be! Puccini’s unforgettable tale of love, youth, and tragic loss return in Franco Zeffirelli’s classic production of young Parisian lovers in the bohemian setting that brings the Latin Quarter to life on the stage of the Met. Paolo Carignani conducts.
Fee: $225; payment to Glenmeadow by September 25th.
