Enjoy retirement on your terms, in the place you want to live
Glenmeadow is committed to serving seniors—throughout the Greater Springfield area. Whether you live in a house in West Springfield or an assisted living community in East Longmeadow, Glenmeadow at Home can deliver our quality services and resources to you.
From household chores and maintenance to errands and transportation to personal support and care management, our friendly, professional staff can meet your needs, however substantial or small. All of our services are priced on an a la carte basis, and there is no long-term commitment.
Our experienced geriatric care manager can help with one or many aspects of your care and living arrangements to allow you to maintain your independence. Our services include identifying and coordinating medical and nonmedical services, assisting with insurance paperwork, scheduling appointments, working with hospital and rehab discharge planners, planning for contingencies, and making recommendations for the future. We can provide transportation and attend appointments with you, communicate with your physician, arrange for a handyman to make repairs, and offer assistance in a number of other ways – whatever you need.
Temporary or long-term, we can provide one-on-one personal care in your home, as well as assistance with everyday activities that may have become difficult to manage. Whether you need help with dressing and bathing, emergency and middle-of-the-night support, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, or transportation to the doctor’s office (in a private car with aide or wheelchair-accessible van), Glenmeadow can provide a customized solution that will make your life easier.

If we can’t do the work, we’ll identify other professionals who can, and we’ll supervise their work if you so choose. You can be assured that the personnel and contractors we provide will deliver the quality of services that you have a right to expect.
A Lifestyle Pass to wellness
One of the greatest challenges of living at home is finding ways to stay active and interact with others. Nurturing mind, body, and spirit is key to a longer and better life, and we want to help you do just that. Our wellness services include fitness assessments, walking support, companionship, and friendly phone calls. We’ll help you find a convenient exercise program, attend an educational event, or join a card group.
We also invite you to participate in the full array of Glenmeadow enrichment offerings. Our Lifestyle Pass gives you access to many of the services and programs our residents enjoy while still living in your current home. With a low monthly fee, you can participate in as many events and activities as you like, such as dining in our Doorstop Café, taking fitness classes, attending guest lectures, and joining in whatever sparks your interest.
