We Build Trusting Relationships With Residents

The challenge: Jason has served as our lead housekeeper since 2016. He oversees the schedule for all of our housekeepers and spends much of his day making sure residents’ needs are met. He knows what those needs are because he takes the time to build relationships. “I greet residents. I say, ‘Good morning.’ They let me know their special requests, and our staff take care of them. I’m constantly checking to see how their days are going and joking around with them.”

Our assist: Jason’s upbeat personality, winning smile, and willingness to help make him popular with everyone at Glenmeadow. He is one of many valued staff members who work with compassion and dedication to make sure our residents’ lives are full. We have 215 employees at our life plan community, and we’re committed to creating an environment in which they thrive.

The result: Glenmeadow can boast of a longstanding staff team, and residents feel acknowledged, supported, and respected. Our residents say our staff members feel like extended members of their families. Jason says, “Glenmeadow is one of the better places I’ve worked. Everybody is valued equally.”
