Vitality Hub
Glenmeadow’s Vitality Hub is complete with a pool, fitness studio and beautifully appointed space for dynamic group classes. Residents take advantage of our HUR SmartBalance system, designed to assess balance, identify risk of falling, and provide training to regain any deficiencies. Our newly restored pool is complete with fully ramped access and lounge chairs for a resort-like experience. Calm your muscles and relax in the spa that overlooks our wooded backyard.
Programming
Wellness programs focus on quality of life and wellbeing. Activities are resident-driven and diverse, including strength training, flexibility, Tai Chi, Meditation, BARRE, Aquacise, Sound Healing, Round Table Discussions, a Garden Club, Card Making, a men’s social group, and arts and cooking classes.
Connections and Common Ground
We know that aging together is important for long term wellness. We strive to ignite and nurture relationships, creating connections and common ground across generations and backgrounds.
Community Engagement
Residents may choose to engage in meaningful ways through acts of community outreach, social activities, and local charity involvement.
We are committed to providing residents with what they need to take charge and make everyday choices that support healthy aging.
